You can request deletion of your ShopLink Pro account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.
Submit the form below, or email us. Either way, use the email or phone number on your account so we can verify the request is yours.

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete the personal data tied to your account, including:
We may keep a limited amount of information for as long as the law requires — for example, invoice and transaction records needed to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. This data is retained only for the required period and then deleted. Where data was entered as part of an organization's account (for example, jobs shared between a vendor, shop, and installer), records needed by that organization may remain in the organization's account.
We verify and process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and will confirm by email once your account and data have been removed.
